# Updating AR Aging Net Terms Per Client

- To update AR aging terms for a specific client, first select the "Client" module from the navigation panel on the left-hand side.

- Then, from the client module find the client you are looking for and double click their name to open up their profile.

- Navigate to the "**Contract Prices"** tab in the client profile and hit edit which is the grey square with the pencil on the right side next to the green box.

- Once the edit button is pressed, the screen will automatically scroll down. Find a field that reads **"Net Payment Terms"***.* Whatever value is placed here, will determine how long this specific company has to pay their invoice and when a late fee will be added.
