Useful for correcting errors or updating records for reporting accuracy. ![](https://www.staffwizard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/31352451985559-3.png) - **Publish Schedules:** Converts draft schedules to active ones, making them visible to employees. Notifications may be triggered based on system settings. ![](https://www.staffwizard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/31352451985943-3.png) - **Import Schedule:** The Import Schedule feature allows you to upload schedules in bulk via CSV, making it easy to manage weekly setups or large-scale updates - Important Notes: - You must use the system’s designated CSV template format for successful imports. - Future shifts cannot be marked as permanent through the CSV import., these shifts must be created manually within the Schedule Panel module and marked as permanent there. ![](https://www.staffwizard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/31352446426903-3.png) **Reports** **Employee Report** Shows scheduled hours, shifts, attendance, and other key data for individual employees.
