# Sales Tax Report

The *Sales Tax Report* provides a detailed summary of sales tax information collected across various work sites in different states. This report references issued invoices, presenting key data points such as:

- **Invoice Number**: A unique identifier for each invoice.
- **Issue Date**: The date the invoice was generated.
- **Customer Name**: The name of the client associated with the invoice.
- **Work Site**: The specific location where services were rendered.
- **Taxable Sales**: The total value of sales subject to taxation.
- **Tax Amount Collected**: The corresponding tax amount collected based on the taxable sales.

This report ensures accuracy and transparency in tracking tax obligations and serves as a valuable resource for financial auditing and compliance.

**How to build it...**  
If you need to create a *Sales Tax Report*, go to the lateral menu of your instance and click the tab **"Invoice"**, you will see the option **"Sales Tax Report"**; open the tab and you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.

Filters it contains:

- State Selection
- To & From Date Selection

Once you click the blue button **"Generate report"** that is below the filters previously set, the report will automatically downloaded to your device in PDF format.
