# Quarterly Wage Report

A *Quarterly Wage Report* serves as a critical document for employers, employees, and government agencies. It provides detailed information about wages paid to employees, taxes withheld, and employer contributions for a given quarter.

To access this report, select **"Reports"** on the left-hand side and then locate the **"Quarterly Wage Report"**. Using the highlighted box, either select the quarter or manually type in the period range.

There are three versions of the report, a generic detailed version that can be accessed using the highlighted filters below by checking the *Print Generic Detail Report* box on the far right side*.*

Keeping *Print Generic Detail Report* unchecked will populate the information that can populate the report needed to file.

In certain states, electronic submission is accepted. To create the electronic e-file, make sure the time period is selected as well as the state you wish to file for, press **"Create File"**which will generate a ".txt" file to your local device.
