Jobs Setup

To create a new Job, navigate to the 'Company' module and click "Jobs".

Click on the green [+ New] button to add a new job.

Add Job Fields:

  • Job Code: Add an alphanumeric number; this will be used to identify the job
  • Description: A description to identify the job.
  • Address: Fill out whats applicable
  • Rate: This will be the pay rate for the job
  • Billing Rate: The rate at which you will bill your client
  • Overtime Billing Rate: the overtime rate you will bill your client.
  • Work Location: Enter a work location from the options.
  • Company Workers Comp: Select the applicable workers comp code for this job.

Once all fields have been completed, click on green [Save] to create your new Job.
