[Payrolls](https://www.staffwizard.com/en/staffwizard-knowledge-base/payroll-engine-articles?hsLang=en#payrolls) # How to create an Agency for the 'Agency deduction' report **Create and assign an Agency for the insurance if you want to keep track of the payment amounts in the agency deduction report.** - On the main menu on the left-hand side of the **VGroll** page, under the '**Company**' tab, select the "**Agencies**" option. - On the displayed page, press the **\[+New\]** button to create a new Agency. ![](https://www.staffwizard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/26033208174743.png) - A pop-up window will appear and here you can fill in the necessary information for the new agency. After checking that all the information is correct you can hit the **\[Save\]** button at the top of the pop-up window. ![](https://www.staffwizard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/26033194546455.png) - Once you save the new agency, go to the **'Company'** tab on the main menu of the VGroll page and select the **'Earnings/deductions'** option. In the new panel displayed, you can create a new deduction or edit one.
