# Customizing Email Template Theme Colors

You have the ability to customize the visual appearance of your email templates to better align with your company’s branding. Adjusting the theme colors helps ensure consistency and professionalism in all outgoing system communications.

#### Steps to Customize Template Theme Colors:

1. Navigate to **Master Company Settings \>** Under the **Master Controls** section **\>** select **Email Templates**, then click on **Template Theme**.

2. To change the colors, click on the **colored square** next to the section you’d like to modify (Header, Body, or Footer).
3. Choose your desired color using the color picker tool.
4. Once you’ve finalized your selections, click **Update** to save your changes.

These customizations allow you to create a more cohesive and branded experience for employees and clients receiving system-generated emails.
