# Client Notifications

- Select the " **Clients "** tab, then click on the **"Clients List"** section**.**
- Once you have selected the client you desire, open the client´s profile and click the section **"Notes"**.

- Under **"Notes"** you can click the **" Add "** button.

- There you can select the *Notes Type*, the note's *Description*, and the *Date* when you want the note to be sent.

- When you have the note described as you desire. Click the button **"Add"** to save the changes. In this way, a note would be shown when employees clock in.

- You will see the note listed but also you can use the filters to search the notes per date.
